Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

You must be aware that product photos may differ slightly from the originals posted with the product.

Light and compression of a photo can distort its appearance and color. We try to maintain the most faithful reproduction of a given product, but this is not always possible.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

You can see the proof of sale in your account in our store and after receiving the payment and sending the product, it will be sent to the e-mail account provided during registration.

How can I return an item?

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

You can order items marked as „unavailable” by sending an e-mail to the store’s address with information about your willingness to order a given product.
